How often are the tools updated?

Almost all the tools are updated weekly and/or daily depending on the purpose of that tool. This will happen each morning on Pacific Time. If they have not been updated, please reference my Twitter feed to see if any announcements have been made. For example, a few times a year I will do site maintenance that may delay the tools being updated for a few hours.

What’s the best way to use the tools?

I’ve created tutorials that can be found here for how I use the tools. There are little tips and tricks to help get you running as soon as possible. The good thing about is that the tools are constantly being improved. When they are improved, I’ll make updated videos to reference the newest additions.

How can I cancel my membership or get a refund?

You can cancel your account, anytime, by visiting the My Account page. You will see all active memberships under the “Subscriptions” tab and can cancel them on that screen. If you are unhappy with the product, please email and I will make it right!

What if I want to change my Credit Card on file?

Head to the My Account page, locate your subscription and click “update”. Clicking that link will allow you to update your payment options with new card details.
