Back to a full slate of action, with a Coors game! Commentary based on DraftKings strategy and scoring.

I hate to be a broken record, but if you don’t have exposure to the Colorado Rockies tonight, you’re doing it wrong! You know the Coors Field effect, but they also get Chris Heston who has the worst xFIP on this slate over the L30. He’s walking over 5 (!!!) per nine innings  and his Ks are down as well. This could be a feeding frenzy if Heston continues to pitch the way he has lately.

Take a look at Tucker Barnhart ($2,800) today. Catcher is usually one of the best positions to punt and Barnhart is swinging a hot stick. Hitting .345 in the L14 and will get a big boost from the Great American Ballpark today which surrenders 24% more HRs to LHB than the league average.

How about another value play at a thing position? Didi Gregorius ($3,500) is doing anything and everything for the Yankees right now. 5 double digit games in his L8 and has averaged 16.33 DK points/game in the L7. His great production along with low price tag vaults him to the top of our Hitter Value Chart today. This guy is batting .442 in the L14 and his 36% more likely to homer at Yankee Stadium than the average park.

Let’s continue with another punt play. Skip Schumaker ($2,000) is seeing more playing time with the injury to Billy Hamilton and the trade of Marlon Byrd. Skip is batting .310 in the L14 and has great career numbers off Matt Garza (8-19, .421). It’s nearly impossible to find a minimum priced player who is eligible at two positions, who is hitting +.300 and has good success off the pitcher they will face today.

For the BvP player of the day, I’ll give you two! Look below:
