Giannis Antetokounmpo is kind of insane. This guy is stuffing the stat sheet in every possible way. A true five category scorer who has tallied 50+ DraftKings points in 8 of 11. He’s a triple-double threat every night and absolutely shredded Chicago last night to the tune of 30 points, 14 rebounds and a handful of everything else. This is a really interesting situation tonight as these same teams will battle yet again, but this time in the Windy City. I’d normally think that an NBA team could make an adjustment and stifle a star player in this situation, but go back and watch the game. The Bulls had no answer for Giannis and I don’t expect them to find one in under 24 hours.

Today’s Projections | NBA Game Logs | Player Scoring Calendar

Rod Hood is heating up for the Jazz. He’s taking advantage of George Hill being sidelined and Hill has already been ruled out tonight. Hood flashed some that that hot streak on Wednesday night, draining 5 of 9 from beyond the arc for 25 real points. That makes four of his last five where he has scored 28+ DraftKings points. Now, you’ve got to temper expectations a bit because Hood’s minutes are volatile and his fantasy production is tied very closely to his real scoring. But when he heats up…oh momma!

Hmm, I like Aaron Gordon with SF eligibility now. He’s coming off a monster 33-7 games in 40 minutes against the Clippers. This game was completely out of nowhere in terms of usage but there’s no question that Gordon has this type of skill-set. The situation was a perfect storm with Nikola Vucevic sitting out and the Magic were able to deploy a little smaller lineup. If Vuc sits again, I wouldn’t mind having some exposure to Gordon. It’s unlikely he goes for 33-7 again, but a game like this could spark a solid run.

Trevor Booker is very quietly having an excellent fantasy season. Booker has scored at least 34 DraftKings points in four of his last five and seven of his last ten. He is an excellent rebounder as indicated by his double-digit boards in 7 of 10. If it’s rebounds you like, expect a lot of them in this game. Both Orlando and Brooklyn are in the bottom six of FG% this season. Booker is a legit double-double threat tonight.

Rudy Gobert, you animal! Gobert has scored 38+ in each of his last five, averaging 44.75 in that span. He’s tallied a double-double in all of them while continuing to be a league leader in blocks. This monster has swatted 19 (!!) shots in those five games. Now he will face a Dallas team that has the second worst shooting percentage in the league and Gobert has tallied 39.5 DK points against in their first meeting.
