How can you not love what Kyle Lowry ($8,700) has been doing recently? Here are his last ten game logs with the most recent at the top:

That’s Lowry hitting value in eight of then and six straight. He’s deployable in all formats because of his consistency and his tremendous upside as well. He’s posted 20+ real points five of six and gets an excellent matchup with the porous Brooklyn defense. Lowry has faced BRK once this season and dropped 45 DK points on them!

A really interesting play in Matthew Dellavedova ($3,900) tonight. There is no cryptonite for Steph Curry, but the closest thing might be Dellavedova. I know that sounds insance, but Delly is one of the few players in the league who is not worried about how he looks on the court. He does the least sexy job in the league and that’s the absolutely pester Curry. I expect he sees an uptick in minutes tonight as he will be tasked with bothering the leagues MVP all night. Delly earned 30 minutes in their Christmas Day matchup. That uptick of minutes could be interesting on the offensive end for Delly who is capable of knocking down the three ball and racking up the assists. Your ideal line from MD is something like 11 points, 4 assists, 4 rebounds and two steals. That would be worth 26 DK points and over 6x value.

It’s worth keeping Bradley Beal ($6,700) on your radar. He is going to be confined to a minutes limit as he makes his return from injury, but we should see the upper end of that range today after sitting out Saturday’s game. Beal is likely to see around 25 minutes of action and he’s capable of doing serious damage in that amount of time. In the first 45 minutes back from injury, he’s scored 52 DraftKings points. That’s a solid pace by any standards. I think he’s a GPP play at best since his minutes and production are very unpredictable. His ownership should be low enough that he would make a big impact should be go nuts.

I shy away from narratives, but tonight’s is strong with LeBron James ($9,800). If LeBron has any cajones at all, he should will his team to victory tonight. LeBron has been looking to exact revenge on the Warriors since last season’s Finals and they finally have to come back to Ohio tonight. It also helps that James has been his normal, awesome self, averaging 50.2 DK PPG over his last six including a blowout of the Rockets and the worst matchup in the league against the Spurs. This guy continues to be a ho-hum walking triple-double with an extra incentive to go big tonight.

I don’t really like writing about studs in this column since most everyone knows who the best players in the league are. However, I have to talk about Anthony Davis ($10,100) here . AD is criminally under-owned on every single slate. Yes, he’s an injury risk, I get it. However, when Davis plays, he is one of the most productive fantasy players in the league and his upside is INSANE. Many owners will stay away from Davis for a few reasons. He killed many owners a week ago only play three minutes against the Pacers and the Grizzlies give up the least points to opposing PFs. Let me tell you that in this case, the matchup does not matter. Davis is matchup proof. If you want more evidence, remember back to the Pellies first meeting with the Grizz this season. AD dropped a massive 17-14-9 (BLOCKS!!!) line against them for 61 DK points. Sure, I don’t expect another nine blocks, but Davis can get you to 60 points in a bunch of ways.

You have to like Patrick Patterson ($4,200) as a value option today. No player in this price range is eating as many minutes at PP. He’s played at least 26 minutes in six straight games and even posted 30 and 36 minutes over his last two. He’s provided solid production for the Raptors, including a 30.25 DK point game just three nights ago. He’s risky, but has true 6x upside at a reasonable price. The Nets are a mess right now defensively so expect another solid outing from Patterson.

It’s a star’s night in the NBA and it’s going to be really hard to pass up Andre Drummond ($8,900). He is just priced much too low for this matchup. I probably don’t need to tell you that Drummond is a threat for 20-20 every single night and that he’s been the best fantasy center this season. But this matchup..come on! The Bulls have been terrible in the paint and Drummond has made them pay in two meeting this season. He’s averaging a mere 63.6 DK points per game against CHI including his 74.3 DK point game one month ago. That was Drummond’s highest output of the season. In fact, two of Drummond’s ten best games this year have come against the Bulls.

If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a million times… Brook Lopez is terrible at defense. Who gets the advantage tonight? How about Jonas Valucinas ($6,100). JV is locked in as the starting center for TOR and is a lock for 30 minutes on a nightly basis. He’s been production voer the last four games, averaging 33.9 DK points per game in that span. Valanciunas had the pleasure of facing off with Lopez just 11 days ago and posted a 22-11 line for 41.75 DraftKings points, his second best output of the season.
